AGBM was started in 2015 to help Indian students and young working professionals to prepare themselves for a global workplace. India has the youngest workforce in the world but our students and young people are unaware of the opportunities available to them all over the world.

- Graduated from Loyola College Chennai in 1983
- Moved to Moscow to handle CIS and Eastern Europe operations for Sun Pharma in 1994
- Now lives and operates from Ukraine, Poland and India
- Travels extensively to keep in touch with business & personal interests
- Die-hard sportsman, represented college and state in hockey
- Plays cricket and golf competitively in Eastern Europe representing Ukraine in multiple international events
- Current passion is golf which he plays every week
- 1997 to 2012 was in JBCPL (formerly known as Unique Pharma) and retired as HOR (Head of Representation, Ukraine & Central, East Europe)
- Became an entrepreneur by starting DIA PHARMA Ltd, UK and Ukraine in 2012 which continues to operate in Europe
- Graduated from IBR Global MBA in 2003
- Appointed sole representative for IBR in both Ukraine and India
- Founded Academy of German Business Management in 2015 to represent IBR's interest in India and offer Global MBA

- CEO of a Business Group that has diverse interests in Exports, Textiles, Real Estate, Commodities Trading, Agro-trading Agro-Infra, Agro-processing-Infra The Group is also developing a Modern Agri Terminal Market Complex on PPP basis through a Joint Venture of Govt. of India, Govt. of TN in Hub-spoke Model to handle fruits, vegetables, grains, flowers, spices, poultry, fish, and meats; and establishing a Supply Chain from Farm-to-Fork, connecting the Farmers to Traders and Buyers Conversant with obtaining Government approvals, licensing, compliance, governance, regulatory issues, litigation, mergers and acquisitions, reputation/risk management, financial management and public relations. Areas of interest include Economics, Insolvency Code, Politics, Christian Theology, Christian Apologetics, History, Movies, Tamil Literature, Photography, Reading, and Listening to Music. Lives in Chennai with his wife Ruth who is a Director in AGBM. Blessed with a daughter and son both of whom are happily married and grand-dad to a precocious young granddaughter.

- Mrs Anita Mavis Thamarai is a graduate of MCC Chennai.
- She is a globe-trotter who has lived and worked in Eastern Europe and Russia for the last 30 years.
- Fluent in Russian, Ukrainian, English, and Tamil she has been involved in multiple charitable events in that region since she accompanied her husband when he was posted there.
- In 2015 she was a part of AGBM founding team and used to commute between India and Ukraine to fulfil her role and responsibilities here in india as well as in Kyiv, Ukraine.
- She is Married to Thamarai Pandian and has one son who is happily married and settled in USA.
- She has many interests and talents including knitting, stitching, fashion designing for weddings & special occasions.
